  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
