Wealth Operations Specialist (ISA) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Wealth Operations Specialist with experience in ISA products and particularly with Lifetime ISAs, to join our Wealth Operations team. You will support the day-to-day operations and help customers maximize their investments with Plum.

In Short

• Be the go-to escalation point for technical queries.
• Work on complex cases and resolve escalations.
• Support customers with ISA product queries.
• Maintain Operational Product Processes & Guidelines.
• Collaborate with third-party providers for fast processing.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver training sessions for new team members.
• Drive automation of reporting and internal tooling.
• Support Investment Operations team with various wealth products.
• Process back office operations for ISA transfers.

Requirements

• Experience with investment and ISA transfers.
• Knowledge of pension regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience with HMRC ISA guidelines, FCA - COBS, and CASS rules.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• Self-directed and initiative-taking.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to work in the London office 2 days a week.
