As our company continues to expand, we are looking for an exceptional Financial Crime Systems Analyst to assess our tools, analyse data, and expertly present findings to ensure our software suppliers in Customer Operations effectively balance compliance with our requirements, both in the UK and EU, as well as performance.

In Short

  • Conduct deep analysis and thorough assessments of tools and vendor services used within FinCrime.
  • Evaluate and interpret data from vendor systems to assess compliance and performance efficacy.
  • Design and implement advanced testing methodologies for vendor performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor technologies align with onboarding operations.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyse vendor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Recommend adjustments to system configurations for financial crime compliance.
  • Communicate results of assurances to stakeholders in an accessible format.
  • Mastery in presenting findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude toward staying updated on emerging threats and regulatory trends.
  • Curiosity about AI and experience applying AI tools in FinCrime operations.

Requirements

  • Expertise in financial crime prevention and customer onboarding processes.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B due diligence/KYC processes.
  • Proven ability to critically assess FinCrime tools and technologies.
  • Strong grasp of AML/CTF legislation and financial crime regulations.
  • Methodical mindset for task planning and handling varying workloads.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with accountability.
  • Advanced communication skills to present findings across stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude that challenges the status quo.
