In Short

  • First point of contact for incoming inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Analyze and prioritize incoming inquiries for lead qualification.
  • Conduct individual consultations and online demos to showcase our product's value.
  • Guide leads through the entire decision-making process until contract signing.
  • Maintain contact with prospects and identify purchase barriers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for feedback and improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce and initial experience in SaaS sales.
  • Passion for sales and customer interaction.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a positive demeanor.
  • Team player mentality and enjoyment of celebrating successes together.
