People Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented People Business Partner who would join our People&Culture Squad to make a lasting positive impact on our imperative asset, our people, through culture setting.

In Short

• Complete ownership of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Drive strategic and tactical initiatives in people management.
• Build and lead effective teams with continuous feedback.
• Influence and guide leadership and management.
• Maintain a helicopter view of the organization.
• Address business needs and challenges with aligned People Business strategy.
• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Business Partner roles.
• Ability to organize and handle multiple projects.
• Fluency in English; Ukrainian is a plus.
• Experience with HRM automation and OKR/Scrum methodology.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR / People Business Partner.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with senior leaders.
• Advanced written and spoken English; fluency in Ukrainian is a plus.
• Experience with newly designed solutions.
• Hands-on experience in automating people-related processes.
• Practicing OKR/Scrum methodology.
