Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in finance, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong financial acumen and modeling fluency.
• Ability to serve clients in high-stakes environments.
• Experience with venture-backed companies and fundraising processes.
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards.
• High standards for accuracy and ownership.
• Ability to learn quickly across unfamiliar domains.
• Passion for climate and energy transition.
• Experience working with founders and startup environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
