SeaVision/MDA Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The SeaVision/MDA Account and Program Manager will manage Planet’s relationship with the U.S. Navy’s Navy Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWCPAC) in the execution of Planet’s support to the SeaVision program.

In Short

• Manage Planet’s relationship with the Navy Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWCPAC).
• Maintain coordination with subcontractors within the SeaVision contract.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities to expand the geographic scope of the SeaVision contract.
• Target further opportunities for Maritime domain awareness (MDA) with U.S. Government accounts.
• Identify and close large-scale complex deals.
• Technical understanding of geo-spatial imagery products.
• Develop an extensive pipeline of new sales leads.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers for prospect meetings.
• Maintain weekly pipeline reporting.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant technical area experience.
• 3 years experience with Allied and partner nation engagements.
• 5+ years of experience in Software and/or Data as a Service sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and winning business.
• Experience selling to Federal customers.
• Ability to forecast accurately and manage a pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
