AP and T&E Analyst - Remote

Overview

The AP and T&E Analyst will ensure accurate financial reporting and support the company's growth by maintaining strong cash flow management and optimizing accounts payable processes.

In Short

• Maintain and enforce T&E policies in line with regulations.
• Manage flight and hotel programs and support contract negotiations.
• Oversee corporate card program and handle disputes.
• Review and process employee expenses for accuracy.
• Act as T&E point of contact and provide employee support.
• Continuously improve processes based on feedback.
• Collaborate on budgeting and fund allocation.
• Validate invoices against contracts and terms.
• Assist with payment runs and vendor communication.
• Identify process efficiencies and document workflows.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of T&E and AP management experience.
• 1-4 years in an accounting function preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Brex, NetSuite, and Bill.com preferred.
• Strong understanding of travel and expense policies preferred.
• Experience communicating finance requirements clearly.
