Overview

A detail oriented QA Engineer with automation and testing skills who will help deliver a high quality user experience to millions of pinners.

In Short

Collaborate with engineers and teams to improve test coverage, release velocity, and subsequently production health.
Design, code, and implement test cases, and integrate with automation suite.
Create, maintain, and execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests.
Proactively identify, track, reproduce, and triage bugs through resolution.
Provide test case coverage, and defect metrics for substantiate release decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience.
Quality expert with an excellent product quality sense and experience working closely with mobile and web client development teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively while ensuring processes and procedures are properly followed.
Experience in one of the following: Python, JavaScript or Java.
Experience automating end to end UI tests for mobile, and/or web apps.
Experience with API automation is a huge plus.
Familiarity with Cypress, Espresso, XCUItest is desired.
Ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation.
Highly effective at working in cross-functional groups and getting results in matrix organizations.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities.
