Overview

As an Identity and Access Management Architect at Pinterest, you will be responsible for building a long-term IAM infrastructure vision to enhance access, security, and employee experience.

In Short

• Execute on IAM strategic initiatives around services such as Okta.
• Develop a long-term architecture for an identity ecosystem.
• Evaluate relationships between HRIS, identity services, and enterprise applications.
• Create secure and scalable solutions for workforce identity management.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with teams.
• Onboard and integrate internal or external IAM products.
• Assess IAM risks and form remediation plans.
• Support IAM and Directory Services for IT.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of IAM Architecture experience.
• BS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge in Okta and related IAM products.
• Technical proficiency in directory services.
• Proven ability to integrate IAM systems and applications.
• Familiarity with Single Sign On and MFA.
• Strong technical skills with IAM product configuration.
• Proven self-starter with cross-functional collaboration skills.
