Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and effective lead program manager who has high capacity to drive, set up, manage, and execute on multiple highly dynamic and complex programs focused on managing Adult Content programs within the Trust & Safety’s Strategy & Operations team.

In Short

• Oversee and manage capacity processes in partnership with various teams.
• Manage ad-hoc initiatives/projects to automate and streamline work.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Provide clear executive communications on status and issues.
• Adapt quickly to changes, especially in backlog or escalation situations.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
