The Pinterest Measurement team partners closely with advertisers to help grow their businesses through rigorous measurement and iterative learning. This position is a unique opportunity to work with senior-level executives on a strategic level and help to shape the future of how brands advertise on Pinterest.

In Short

• Drive organizational measurement excellence across Pinterest's US Retail vertical.
• Define and oversee measurement operations and strategy for the retail sector.
• Build and evolve measurement capability across the organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of analytics and measurement experience.
• 6+ years of technical/analytical team leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Expert in measurement concepts and solutions in performance ads.
• Experience balancing advertising measurement needs with digital privacy laws.
• Proven ability to influence client relationships across marketing initiatives.
• Skilled in communicating complex measurement concepts to executives.
• Experience fostering partnerships with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Strong capability in creating data-driven business cases.
• Expertise in leading organizational transformation initiatives.
• Customer-focused with alignment to client needs.
