Overview

PingWind is seeking a Program Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within the government sector, ensuring compliance with government regulations and managing project resources.

• Oversee project lifecycle for technology infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage resources to meet contractual obligations.
• Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
• Design project plans identifying needs and major tasks.

• Strong technical understanding of IT and AWS GovCloud.
• Excellent communication skills with senior officials.
• Ability to interact with key managers and functional experts.
• Experience in managing projects to successful completion.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT program or project management.
• Required security clearance (Tier 4/6c).
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Demonstrated experience in project execution and monitoring.
