Overview

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Administration SME to join our dynamic team. As a Patient Admin SME, you play a crucial role within the healthcare team, with a primary focus on advising the government on management and maintenance of the Soldier Treatment Record (STR) and the Electronic Heal Record (EHR) documentation.

In Short

  • Oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of Soldier Treatment Records (STR) for military personnel.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical information in STR documentation.
  • Advise the Government on best practices for the management and maintenance of Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the functionality and security of the EHR system.
  • Provide expert advice on patient record management policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about military healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Supervise the accurate input and maintenance of patient information in STR and EHR systems.
  • Ensure adherence to patient privacy laws and security protocols.
  • Coordinate medical appointments for military personnel.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives related to patient administration processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
  • Eight+ (8+) years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Knowledge of military healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a military healthcare team.
