PingWind is seeking a Business Analyst/Contact Center Specialist to support our Department of Veterans Affairs contract work, focusing on Human Centered Design and project management for SaaS and PaaS solutions.

• Support Department of Veterans Affairs contract work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Experience managing product features from concept to delivery.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• US Citizen.
