APEX Application Developer - Remote

Overview

PingWind/Exeter Information Technology Services is seeking an Application Developer to support the US Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer, providing critical mission support services with applicable secure technology solutions.

In Short

• Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex.
• Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL, and Linux for data conversion and migration.
• Perform requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of custom applications.
• Maintain documentation on all work products.
• Ensure compliance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements.
• Create dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment.
• Requires Secret security clearance and IAT Level II certification.
• 2-5 years of experience in Oracle Application Express Development.
• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML5 and JavaScript.
• Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in Oracle Application Express.
• Current IAT Level II (Security+ CE).
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and JavaScript.
• Agile Development experience is preferred.
• Experience with mobile application development is a plus.
• Strong working experience with Oracle 12c database.
• Test automation skills are desired.
• Experience with XML, REST, and C# is a plus.
• Experience with Java Webstart is a plus.
