Overview

PingWind is seeking a .NET Developer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Architecture Technical Architecture Support (EATAS) project. The .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the .NET framework.

In Short

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using the .NET framework.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure technical excellence.
  • Experience with MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and IIS.
  • Knowledge of SQL database development and stored procedures.
  • Experience in Azure function apps.
  • Document software defects and report to developers and project managers.
  • Work in Jira for task management and communication.
  • Balance multiple priorities while being detail-oriented.
  • Encouragement for veterans to apply.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in .NET Development.
  • 5 years of experience with SDLC.
  • 5 years of experience in software development testing.
  • Experience mentoring junior personnel.
  • Ability to work with NodeJS.
  • Understanding of Jenkins pipelines and automation.
  • Detail and task-oriented.
