Marketing Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager will optimize and manage the marketing tech stack, reporting, and lead management processes at Pindrop, a company focused on voice authentication and fraud prevention.

In Short

• Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and its integration with Salesforce CRM.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations across the tech stack including SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Google Analytics.
• Design and maintain lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows.
• Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards in Salesforce and Google Analytics.
• Support campaign execution by ensuring proper setup of automation workflows and landing pages.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth lead flow and reporting accuracy.
• Continuously improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights into lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
• Train and support internal teams on marketing tools and analytics.
• Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and marketing analytics.
• Strong knowledge of lead management and data governance best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into insights.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
