Senior Email Marketing Associate - Remote

Overview

As our Senior Email Marketing Associate, you’ll work to establish Pie as the leading commercial insurer among small business owners and independent insurance agents by driving tactics and executing strategy for our fast-growing email channel.

In Short

• Manage Ad Hoc Emails to Partners and Policyholders.
• Maintain content calendar and provide recommendations on schedules and cohorts.
• Manage end-to-end send process in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Compile and report on performance of all email sends.
• Build and manage dynamic content and personalization.
• Write, edit, and build Salesforce email templates.
• Monitor IP health and deliverability of email marketing campaigns.
• Run A/B tests of various aspects of email communications.
• Ensure communications comply with CAN-SPAM/anti-spam laws.
• Collaborate with stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
• 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Experience reporting on email campaign performance data.
• Strong technical understanding of customer databases and QA testing.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS coding for email preferred.
• Knowledge of email best practices and deliverability.
• Exceptional attention to detail and QA skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
