As our Life Science Partnerships Business Development Rep (BDR), you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. You'll evangelize our cutting-edge real-world data solutions to the Life Sciences market, generating leads that fuel our commercial success. This dynamic role is tailored for passionate and proactive individuals who thrive on taking initiative. You will collaborate with business development and commercial leadership to shape our go to market approach while working with industry experts and using cutting-edge technologies as you contribute to the broader mission of enhancing patient outcomes through real-world data solutions.

In Short

  • Communicate PicnicHealth’s value to potential Life Sciences prospects through various channels, including phone and email.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to generate new leads while tracking all outreach in Salesforce.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new and creative outreach strategies to secure meetings with prospects.
  • Execute relevant market research on prospects and translate findings into meaningful messaging.
  • Drive business development and pipeline development activities with customers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to qualify leads into sales opportunities.
  • Opportunity to travel (up to 30%) to conferences and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and lead generation experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • An analytical mindset and proven ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Proficient in market research, including healthcare news and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
