Temp-To-Hire Customer Acquisition Specialist - Remote

Overview

Photon Brothers, a solar energy company, is seeking a motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist (Temp-to-Hire) to handle inbound leads across multiple offices and qualify potential customers.

In Short

• This role is structured as a temporary position beginning upon hire and continuing through January 16, 2026, with the possibility of conversion to a regular, ongoing role based on performance and business needs.
• We are looking for an expert communicator and multitasker who understands customer needs and can explain our products and services in a professional, friendly, timely, and educational manner.
• This position is hybrid-remote, with 2 days working in the office.
• Office locations include Westminster, Centennial, and Colorado Springs, CO, as well as San Luis Obispo, CA.
• This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Build rapport and engage prospects via phone, email, text, and other messaging platforms.
• Work within our CRM and other tools to manage the flow of inbound leads.
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Set up virtual or onsite appointments between prospective customers and Sales Consultants.
• Meet monthly and quarterly KPI goals for qualified opportunities set.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales, Customer Service, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with sales prospecting techniques (phone, email, social outreach).
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot preferred).
• Basic understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Solar industry experience preferred.
