Overview

The Founding Marketing Lead will be the first dedicated marketer at a fast-growing SaaS startup, responsible for building and executing marketing strategies that drive demand generation and brand presence.

In Short

• Lead marketing execution across the board as the first full-time marketing hire.
• Manage and evolve the company website as the central marketing asset.
• Develop and own the content calendar, including blogs and customer-facing assets.
• Run digital and outbound campaigns using HubSpot and other tools.
• Collaborate with sales to create high-converting marketing assets.
• Own planning and execution for in-person and virtual events.
• Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence.
• Assist cross-functional teams with asset creation and marketing materials.
• Light design work familiarity with tools like Figma and Canva is a plus.
• Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
• Experience with Figma or light design tools.
• Demonstrated experience owning marketing calendars and campaigns.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excited to work in a startup environment.
• Bonus: Background in hospitality.
