Overview

The Principal, Data and AI Strategy, within the Advisory Practice, will be responsible for advising clients on how to utilize data and AI to drive business transformation and competitive advantage. This individual will create data and AI strategies aligned to client goals, design implementation roadmaps, and guide organizations through adoption of advanced data platforms, machine learning solutions, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years as a hands-on Data and AI Strategy Leader.
• 4+ years of consulting leadership experience.
• Expertise in AI capabilities and their applications.
• Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in developing business-focused opportunities.
• Knowledge of global privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA).
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams.
• Ability to create strong cross-practice relationships.
• 4-year Bachelor's degree.
