Overview

The Principal, Strategy and Performance plays a critical role in optimizing internal operations and supporting client delivery by analyzing data, identifying opportunities to improve medical cost efficiency and patient engagement, and expanding reporting capabilities.

• Performance management and improvement
• Internal performance optimization
• Working with operational and data leaders to structure, execute, and validate analyses that identify opportunities to improve performance including medical cost, patient engagement, and other metrics.
• Supporting performance management and leadership progress updates, including quarterly enterprise performance reviews
• Expanding reporting capabilities by identifying and scoping new reports for different levels of the organization
• Preparing for and help facilitate regular performance office meetings
• Client delivery support
• Conducting ad hoc market research projects and analyses
• Collaborating with ELT leaders in preparing materials and perspectives for our investors and our Board of Directors
• Helping draft and iterate reach and relevance publications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Extensive experience and knowledge in healthcare
• Strong generalist toolkit: Excel, PowerPoint, Creation of Executive communications
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Expert level analytical skills
• Open to travel 1-2 nights every 2 weeks
