In Short

• Partner with client stakeholders (clinical, rev cycle, IT) to validate outputs and troubleshoot issues.
• Translate messy healthcare data into structured inputs for AI models.
• Build and refine data pipelines and validation checks.
• Develop analyses and dashboards for insights.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve model training data.
• Contribute to building a customer delivery playbook.
• Work with healthcare clients and ensure product adoption.
• Engage in ad-hoc travel as needed.
• Work virtually with customers as an embedded team member.
• Help shape how Phare delivers value to partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years in data science, clinical analytics, or ML delivery.
• Skilled in SQL and Python for data wrangling and analysis.
• Comfortable presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to design solutions in ambiguous data environments.
• Excited to work in a startup environment.
• Experience with EHR, claims, or payer data is a plus.
• Background in ML model validation or deployment is a bonus.
• Exposure to distributed data systems or cloud-based ETL is advantageous.
• Familiarity with healthcare coding and clinical workflows is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
