• Conduct root cause analyses of known issues in production affecting model outcomes.
• Select and implement appropriate machine learning models for applications such as time series forecasting and supply chain optimization.
• Contribute well-tested code in object-oriented Python codebases.
• Analyze raw datasets to generate significant impact for large corporate clients, maintaining high scientific rigor and discipline.
• Develop data pipelines and products to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate analytical findings intuitively and visually.
• Create highly visual and interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or custom web applications.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and define KPIs to guide business decisions and measure success.
• Develop data infrastructure, software libraries, and APIs that support BI and ML pipelines.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and perform technical analysis to design data-driven business solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English.
• Proven experience in developing predictive or inferential statistical models, or a degree in areas such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience with statistical and machine learning libraries, and ability to apply them appropriately to business problems.
• Proficiency in languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience working as a Data Scientist.
