• Lead the development of on-chain trading infrastructure at Phantom.
• Design, implement, and deploy high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
• Develop core on-chain components including RFQ systems and AMMs.
• Optimize smart contracts for latency and transaction cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level coherence.
• Minimum of 5 years in software development, with 2 years in Rust.
• Proven experience in building production Solana programs.
• Strong understanding of DeFi and smart contract risks.
• Highly motivated and passionate about blockchain protocols.
• Mastery of English in spoken and written forms.
