In Short

• Own the design, implementation, and optimization of user-facing growth features.
• Ship 2+ end-to-end growth UI features per quarter.
• Integrate feature-flags for UI experiments.
• Create and maintain reusable, theme-able React components.
• Emit structured events for every feature for analytics.
• Optimize performance and reliability of front-end applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unblock dependencies.
• Lead code reviews and pair-programming sessions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of frontend experience in building production React applications.
• Advanced proficiency in React and React Native.
• Strong background in TypeScript and component-driven development.
• Expertise in front-end performance tuning.
• Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Mentorship orientation and eagerness to coach peers.
• Prior experience in crypto wallets is a plus.
