In Short

  • Full lifecycle management of game content, from selection to decommissioning;
  • Regular analysis of game performance, including GGR, number of unique players, average play time and RTP;
  • Integration of new games, including technical setup, testing and optimization;
  • Collaborating with game providers to ensure games run smoothly and content is updated in a timely manner;
  • Optimizing the placement and sorting of games on the platform to maximize visibility and engagement;
  • Customizing game metrics including RTP, volatility and frequency of bonus features;
  • Monitoring industry trends and introducing innovative game types;
  • Developing strategies to promote new and existing games;
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from players to improve the gaming experience;
  • Ensuring game content meets regulatory requirements and standards for responsible gaming;
  • Coordinating with the marketing department to align game content with promotional campaigns;
  • Regular reporting on game portfolio performance and optimization recommendations;
  • Managing the budget for the acquisition and maintenance of game content;
  • Conducting regular portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for expansion or optimization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in online casino gaming content management;
  • Deep understanding of the mechanics of different types of casino games (slots, table games, live casino, etc.);
  • Experience with various gaming providers and integration platforms;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using business intelligence tools;
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of game integration and customization;
  • Understanding of key game performance metrics and ability to interpret them;
  • Experience optimizing placement and sorting of game content.
