Overview

The Senior Director- Advanced Medical Engagement Lead is responsible for providing consultative and direct support to assess, develop, and implement complex projects and studies within the U.S. Field Medical organization.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with peers.
• Experience in clinical patient care and medical account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with advanced data analytics preferred.
• Field medical experience is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical medical account management preferred.
• Ability to manage without direct authority.
• Experience in developing technology and data partnerships.
• Ability to network and build collaborations with external parties.

• Annual base salary of $204,700 - $341,100.
