In Short

• Maintain and develop Windows Server environments.
• Manage services like AD, DNS, DHCP and email security configurations.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Administer VMware infrastructure and work with hybrid cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Comprehensively manage Microsoft 365 environments.
• Implement and maintain company devices via Endpoint Manager.
• Automate processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide 3rd line support in infrastructure, M365, cloud, and devices.
• Document IT environments according to internal standards and security policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system management in large organizations.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP.
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (hybrid environments).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online and Office applications.
• Experience with Endpoint Manager (Intune, ConfigMgr).
• Knowledge of PowerShell and Power Platform.
• Ability to implement email security and DLP.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, SC-300, MS-203).
