Overview

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will provide expert-level support for Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google services, working closely with the support team to resolve complex technical issues and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Azure, M365 administration, and Google Workspace
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID and Microsoft security frameworks
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Proven track record with Intune and endpoint management
• Strong networking and Windows OS skills
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools
• 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure roles
