In Short

• You are the first point of contact for customers and are in constant communication with them – via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• You independently create offers, orders, and pricing structures while keeping track of purchasing requests and deliveries.
• You regularly coordinate with the warehouse in Italy and the external sales team to ensure smooth processes.
• As a "buddy" for the external sales team, you actively support customer inquiries, order processing, and organizational tasks.
• If you become well-versed in the subject matter and demonstrate leadership skills, you have the opportunity to take over the office management in the medium term.

Requirements

• A commercial training or experience in a sales-related area.
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor – you can advise customers professionally and enjoy interacting with business partners.
• A good sense for numbers and economic relationships – you work carefully and have an eye for commercial details.
• Digital affinity and willingness to optimize processes – you are proficient with MS Office and open to new systems.
• Independence and organizational skills – you can set priorities and maintain an overview even with multiple inquiries.
• Good German language skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form for professional communication with customers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of English or Italian is advantageous but not required.
