Performance Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the performance marketing strategy and the economic success of all paid channels, including SEA, remarketing, and social media.

In Short

• Develop and manage performance marketing budgets.
• Conceptualize, create, and optimize performance campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
• Develop targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing for ongoing performance improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
• Manage and develop analytics dashboards based on set KPIs.
• Oversee web tracking and GA4 implementation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in SEA and Paid Social.
• Excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented working style.
• Strong affinity for numbers and strategic thinking.
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and GA4.
• Experience in display marketing, particularly remarketing/retargeting.
• Proficient in analyzing large data sets using web analytics tools and Excel.
• Industry knowledge in tourism is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
