Overview

The Project Manager at PerfectServe will be the driving force behind the successful deployment of software in healthcare client environments, ensuring projects align with company strategy and goals.

• Lead the implementation of software in healthcare settings.
• Manage multiple projects according to PerfectServe's methodology.
• Coordinate transitions from sales to services and customer success.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and manage budgets using EPM tools.
• Facilitate communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Evaluate project outcomes and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prepare project completion documents.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
• Work in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Experience managing Healthcare IT Projects such as EMR or EHR.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong multi-tasking and adaptability.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
