Requirements

• 5+ years experience in people management and leadership.
• Experience managing technical teams in customer-facing environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in Project Management.

• Ability to identify and resolve problems timely.
• Passion for seeing problems and executing plans.
• Ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
• Willingness to try new things and improve processes.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
