Overview

Per Scholas is seeking a Manager, Product Development - Data Analytics and DevOps, to become a national Product Development team member. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and problem-solving individual with strong technical writing and content development skills, an ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment, and a strong sense of accountability.

In Short

  • Work with the product development team to create and revise curriculum materials.
  • Maintain oversight of training materials for quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize technology to develop engaging curriculum content.
  • Identify learning objectives based on training needs.
  • Design clear and engaging learning activities.
  • Develop solutions for various learning experiences.
  • Develop assessment tools to measure training outcomes.
  • Research new technical training offerings.
  • Support the instructional team with training products.
  • Contribute to content development process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
  • Experience developing curriculum content or instructional design.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools like Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC/STLC.
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with version control and monitoring tools.
  • Certification in instructional design or related areas.
  • Exceptional verbal and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
