Overview

The Manager, People (Recruiting Sourcer) will support recruiters in filling positions through active sourcing techniques and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Support recruiters to fill positions using active sourcing techniques.
• Engage and activate passive candidates.
• Analyze and share sourcing data with recruiters.
• Create talent pipelines for hiring needs.
• Maintain the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
• Ensure timely communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Source and screen resumes as needed.
• Additional duties as required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience sourcing for professional level positions.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-find talent.
• Ability to lead sourcing/recruiting projects.
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple recruiters.
