Senior Director, Corporate Operations - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director, Corporate Operations will report to the COO and play a critical role in driving the execution of Peptilogics’ operational and strategic priorities.

• Serve as a key operational leader, partnering with the COO and executive team.
• Lead company-wide operational planning.
• Facilitate forecasts, budget development, and resource allocation.
• Implement and improve systems and processes for operational scalability.
• Oversee management of facilities and IT infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with CROs and CMOs.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure resource utilization.
• Drive operational KPIs and reporting.
• Manage the Operations team including hiring and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in biotech or life sciences operations.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role in a high-growth environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent financial and business acumen.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams.
• Deep understanding of operational compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
