In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users, assisting with technical issues and product inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage support channels for administrators and end users.
  • Provide empathetic, solution-oriented customer support.
  • Conduct video calls to offer tailored guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the PeopleGrove platform.
  • Identify, document, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives for optimizing support workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially in SSO, APIs, and data management.
  • Proficiency with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Intercom).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with customer-facing video calls or training sessions.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • A strong sense of empathy and ownership in service delivery.
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
