We are seeking a seasoned and proficient Agile and Scrum Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Senior Advisor to join our team. As an Agile & Scrum SME, you will be the authoritative figure on these approaches, providing expert guidance to project teams and stakeholders. Your comprehensive knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful evolution of the PeopleCert PRINCE2 agile related products.

In Short

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methods.
• Provide subject matter expert support for webinars and speaking events.
• Represent PeopleCert at European events.
• Support the development of a toolkit concept.
• Provide guidance on Agile methodologies.
• Support PRINCE2 Product architects in Agile-related work.
• Assist in repurposing PeopleCert Scrum courseware.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in agile methods.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ relevant experience working with agile methods.
• Solid understanding of Agile project management principles.
• Understanding of the PRINCE2 ecosystem.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Native or excellent command of the English language.
• Advanced computer literacy is required.
