Overview

PeopleCert is looking for a Product Manager to help take our ITIL portfolio of Best Practice to the next level of success – developing compelling propositions for globally recognised ITIL products that ensure wide adoption among senior audiences, new sectors and markets.

In Short

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ITIL portfolio.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Monitor and analyze product performance for optimization.
• Collaborate with teams for successful product development and launch.
• Engage with stakeholders for product vision buy-in.
• Manage multiple products and deliver successful outcomes.
• Evaluate product feedback and propose solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar certification products is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role.
• Knowledge of PeopleCert best practices.
• Proven track record of managing ITIL products.
• Demonstrable experience in product development lifecycle.
• Strong business/commercial acumen.
• Excellent people and management skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in English required.
• C2 level certification desired.
