The Clinical Treatment Director is responsible for leading treatment programs in St. Paul, MN, focusing on enhancing psychiatric stability and independent living skills for individuals with mental health and substance use diagnoses.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field.
• 7+ years of clinical experience.
• 5+ years in a clinical setting.
• 2+ years in a residential treatment setting.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, or LP).
