Senior Technical Animator - Remote

Overview

The Senior Technical Animator will develop and maintain rigging and animation pipelines, create high-quality rigs, and collaborate across departments to ensure the best animation quality for video games.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical animation.
• Strong knowledge of rigging and skinning in Maya.
• Experience with Python scripting (Maya + MotionBuilder).
• Strong anatomical knowledge and deformation skills.
• Experience with cloth/hair physics simulation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Houdini/Blender is a plus.
• Avid player of melee action games is preferred.
• Ability to mentor less-experienced animators.
• Comfort with debugging and validating rigs in-game builds.
