Overview

As a Territory Manager, you will play an integral part in growing Penumbra in South Korea by increasing sales and customer satisfaction within Korea and APAC as a whole.

In Short

  • Develop relationships with existing hospitals, labs, and customers.
  • Prospect and develop relationships with prospective customers and/or users of Penumbra products.
  • Secure and/or renew existing orders by coordinating product availability and delivery dates.
  • Maintain open communication with customers on programs, promotions, and pricing trends.
  • Increase account penetration with orders for new and existing products.
  • Commit to travel as necessary for position and product line support.
  • Complete special projects or assignments as requested.
  • Keep current on Penumbra new products and give feedback to corporate office.
  • Attend industry trade shows and manage follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate record of sales expenses and customer files.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Biology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in medical device sales.
  • Experience managing distributors.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
