Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven leadership skills in mentoring engineering teams.
• Expertise in Java/Python/Elixir or equivalent.
• Experience in system design and architecture.
• Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in performance tuning and scaling applications.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
• Familiarity with asynchronous event handling technologies.
• Experience with Git and testing frameworks.
