SRE / Platform Engineer - Remote

Overview

The SRE / Platform Engineer will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and performance of Peec AI’s core systems and infrastructure, ensuring that services are fast, secure, and highly available.

In Short

• Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of core systems and infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain tooling, automation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for reliable features.
• Develop incident response practices for quick issue resolution.
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Champion operational excellence across the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
• Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.).
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong programming skills (TypeScript, Python).
• Track record of diagnosing complex system problems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI/ML workloads.
• Prior SRE experience in a high-growth startup.
• Familiarity with zero-downtime migrations and compliance frameworks.
