Platform Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex, distributed systems. In this role, you will be at the intersection of engineering and operations, leveraging modern observability practices and reliability frameworks.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain reliability practices for large-scale, distributed systems
• Lead and support incident response efforts during outages and critical events
• Build and enhance observability capabilities using modern monitoring tools
• Analyze reliability metrics and translate them into actionable insights
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system resilience
• Evaluate and adopt AI/ML-driven monitoring solutions
• Drive post-incident reviews and root cause analysis
• Support technical evaluations of other consultants

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Reliability Engineer
• Strong expertise with observability tools
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven monitoring solutions is a plus
• Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks
• Excellent communication skills
• Calm, structured leadership during incidents
