Recruitment Operations Lead (Finance & Bookkeeping) - Remote

Overview

The Recruitment Operations Lead will be responsible for vetting and screening top-tier accounting and finance talent for US-based startup clients, sitting at the intersection of recruitment and finance operations.

In Short

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for accounting and finance roles.
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Interview and vet candidates with a focus on US-based financial requirements.
• Present highly qualified, pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the pipeline.
• Understand and clarify technical accounting needs for hiring teams.
• Contribute to the evaluation of candidates’ financial skill sets.
• Help maintain internal databases of vetted finance professionals.
• Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
• Fully remote work arrangement.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment operations, particularly in finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proven track record of sourcing and screening candidates.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
