Overview

The Real Estate Underwriter will support acquisitions and listings by underwriting properties, analyzing deals, and helping determine accurate property values and after-repair values (ARV). This analytical, detail-oriented role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, comps, and market trends.

In Short

• Work Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST.
• Full-time role as an Independent Contractor.
• Analyze market value and ARV for residential properties.
